CHANGES IN VERSION 1.0.0
-------------------------

o First submission of sesameData package.

CHANGES IN VERSION 1.12.0
-------------------------

o sesameDataList returns a tibble with EHID and Title instead of just the Title

CHANGES IN VERSION 1.31.1
-------------------------

o Added KYCG.{HM450,EPIC,EPICv2,MSA}.Mask.20261008, built from the
InfiniumAnnotation v8.2 masks, so sesame's quality mask reads the same
M_* tracks as SeSAMe2 on all four human arrays (sesame >= 1.31.6,
    zhou-lab/sesame#1).

  o Rebuilt HM450.address, EPIC.address, EPICv2.address and MSA.address
from the InfiniumAnnotation v8.3 orderings, so sesame reads the same
probe design table as SeSAMe2. With these and the masks above, R's
default QCDPB betas equal SeSAMe2's to ~1e-15 on all four arrays.

CHANGES IN VERSION 1.31.2
-------------------------

o Documentation fixes from a review of the vignette. The setup chunk
also caches genomeInfo.hg38, Mammal40.address and probeIDSignature,
which the probe and annotation examples need. A sentence about a decoy = TRUE option in a
function that does not exist is removed.

o metadata.csv describes EPIC.5.SigDF.normal as its five normal SigDFs
    (PrEC.Rep1, PrEC.Rep2, NAF.A, NAF.B, NAF.C), not an LNCaP
segmentation. The ExperimentHub record is unchanged.

o The Zenodo fallback in sesameDataGet() downloads the file first, with
a 600 s timeout. On a slow link (about 80 kB/s from HPC compute nodes)
R's default 60 s cut the download short, so titles without an EHID
(e.g. HM450.address, MSA.address) failed with "cannot read from
    connection".
